Questions
Can Proofloop spend more than I want on ads?
No. Ads run in your own Meta ad account and need a monthly cap. They are created paused and start only when you press Start. Proofloop stops them at your cap and never raises a budget.
Who sends the messages to prospects?
You do. Proofloop finds and researches each prospect and writes the message; you send it from your own email or WhatsApp. Anyone who asks is never suggested again.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You connect Meta and Google through their own sign-in or access tokens, and we store tokens encrypted.
Does it work in Hindi?
Yes. Drafts, replies and video voice-overs can be in English, Hindi or Hinglish.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in the dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, then moves to Free.
