Delete your data

If you have a Proofloop account

1. Open the dashboard and go to Plan.
2. Download an export of each product if you need the data (keep invoices for your GST records).
3. Delete each product, cancel any subscription, then close your account. Deleted data is erased from our database at once and leaves our backups within 30 days. Tax invoices for payments you made to us are kept as GST law requires.

If you messaged a business or creator that uses Proofloop

Reply STOP on WhatsApp to stop messages. To have your messages and details deleted, ask that business, or write to grievance@proofloop.in with your WhatsApp number or Instagram username and the business's name. We confirm deletion within 30 days.

If you connected Instagram or Facebook

Removing Proofloop from your Instagram or Facebook settings stops access at once. To delete the data we stored from that connection, delete the product in the dashboard or write to grievance@proofloop.in.

Proofloop's WhatsApp alerts and morning summary

Send STOP to Proofloop's WhatsApp number to stop the morning summary, or switch it off on the Weekly report screen. Remove your number in Business details to stop alerts.
