Proofloop is an online software service. Nothing physical is shipped.

• When you get it: a paid plan switches on as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a few minutes. The Free plan is available as soon as you sign in.
• Where: in your browser at the dashboard, which you can also install on your phone. Alerts and summaries arrive on WhatsApp.
• Invoices: in the dashboard under Plan, for every payment.
• If your plan has not switched on within 24 hours of paying, write to support@proofloop.in with the Razorpay payment ID. If we cannot switch it on, we refund you in full.
